    PS to @Teedmn. You commented that you solve NYTX on down home. Where do find the .puz files? I remember a fuss a few years back about them no longer being published, back before I subscribed.

      I had to download Crossword Scraper onto my computer as an add-on. When I open the NYTimes crossword, I hit play and then go to the puzzle-shaped icon and choose Crossword Scraper and save as a .puz file.

      Thanks for the tip. I see that this is a Chrome add on extension. So far I am sticking to the default Safari browser on my new laptop. I will remember this in case I install Chrome in the future.

    M&A are you trying to communicate privately with Kirk without having to use email? I recall that I set this up so we could exchange messages. I am no longer working at sanskritlibrary.com so you shouldn't be using the program. What probably happened is that sanskritlibrary.com was down for a while (nothing to do with me) and then came back up.
    It has been years since I did anything with sanskritlibrary.com and don't want to risk breaking it.

      No. I was using the parking garage to transfer runtpuz urls from my old computer, where I build the puzs, to a newer computer, where I’m still allowed to post stuff to this blog.
      The old computer just hangs up, when I try to post. You are correct, about the original purpose of the parking garage.
      I did tell you I was using it for this newer purpose, a couple of years ago.
      So, what now?

      @M&A, what is the issue with the blog not working on your old computer? Is it because you have an old browser on an old OS or is it related to blogger/google ids? I recall you were having a devil of a time getting using your blog profile on your new computer. Could you set up file sharing between your 2 computers, or share files on iCloud? This doesn't sound like a problem for Ralph.

      yep. Probably nobody’s problem to work out, other than mine. Easiest solution is to get a new computer that all the websites will still speak to.
      Will look into it all, but they now design apple computer programs to be mighty complex/cryptic, I’ve noticed…
      @r.alph - per yer instructions, I will cease fire on usin the sanskrit parking garage.
      All this may result then in a runtpuz lull, for a (hopefully short) while.

    @BobK, glad you are back.

    @M&A, if both of your computers are Apple based, you should be able to easily share between them with iCloud. You could store the runt urls in Notes. Enable Notes in your iCloud settings, and voila! Apologies for the unsolicited advice, but will offer any help I can.
